Refunds and Cancellation
What is sold
A saju reading calculated from your birth date. After payment it opens immediately from a link we email you. Nothing physical is shipped.
When you get a refund
If you have never opened the link, we refund in full within 7 days of payment. If the service fails — the link does not open, or the content does not display — we refund in full whether you opened it or not.
When a refund is limited
Once you open the link and read the reading, the right to cancel is limited, because digital content counts as delivered at that point. This is stated before you pay.
The 30-day link
This is not a subscription and nothing recurs. One payment gives 30 days of access, after which the link stops working. If you never opened it, full refund within 7 days; if you did, we refund the unused days pro rata.
How to ask
Email us from the address you paid with and include the order number. We reply within 3 business days and refund to the original payment method.
